Whole Grain Oats, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Corn, Whole Grain Millet, Whole Grain Sorghum, Oat Bran, Sunflower Seeds and Flaxseed

Directions

Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Microwave: Combine 1/4 cup cereal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes. *Makes 1 serving.
