Produced in 10 gallon batches, they added a slight wild cherry note to give it more depth and complexity. Cherry blossoms are highly revered in Japan as a symbol of the rebirth of flowers in Spring and the beauty associated with it,which was recreated in this fresh and invigorating elixir.
