Soak 6 to 8 hrs in 4 part water (warm water) to 1 part seed. small seed 3 to 4 hrs, rinse and drain,spread evenly in sprouter, sprouts must be rinsed 2 to 3 times a day keep out of light until 3 or 4 days. warm room increases growth. Fuzz is natural capillary roots. rinse the hulls away by immersing in large bowl, separate clumps, let hulls float to surface and skim off. this process helps revent fermentation. refrigerate in plastic bag after sprouting, use within 2 or 3 days.
