Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (use verified gluten-free oats if gluten sensitive)
- 1 1/2 cups milk or non-dairy alternative
- 2 tablespoons Frontier Co-op® Chia Seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ground Ginger
- 1 pinch Frontier Co-op® Sea or Himalayan Pink Salt
- For topping: fresh berries, coconut
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and salt until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Top with fresh berries and coconut flakes before serving. Optional: To take on-the-go, transfer oats to 2 jars, cover and seal.
