  1. In a bowl, whisk together oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and salt until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Top with fresh berries and coconut flakes before serving. Optional: To take on-the-go, transfer oats to 2 jars, cover and seal.
