Refreshing, crunchy and flavorful, this easy Mediterranean salad is packed with tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, feta cheese, and a simple lemon and olive oil dressing seasoned with Simply Organic® Garlic Powder, Black Pepper and Oregano. This is a fantastic side dish for a grilled protein, or add a can of drained and rinsed chickpeas for a light lunch.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano.
  2. Toss well until everything is evenly coated. Serve right away. Keep leftovers stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
