  • 1/2 Cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats

    1 Tablespoon Chia Seed

    1/8 Teaspoon Frontier Co-op Nutmeg

    1/2 Teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ceylon Cinnamon

    1 Cup Oatmilk

    1/4 Teaspoon Simply Organic Vanilla Extract

    1 Teaspoon Maple Valley Maple Syrup


    1. In a 2-cup storage jar combine rolled oats, chia seed, nutmeg, and ceylon cinnamon. Mix until blended. 

    2. Add oatmilk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.

    3. Mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

    4. Garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
