A little salty, a little sweet, a little spicy, and a little herby, these candied nuts are great for enjoying by the handful or adding to your next charcuterie board. They also make for a great DIY gift for hosts/hostesses, especially at the holidays!

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Lightly grease a non-stick sheet pan with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together egg white and water until frothy. Add nuts and stir until well coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, rosemary, sage and cayenne. Pour sugar mixture over nuts and stir well until evenly coated.
  4. Spread nuts in an even layer on baking sheet and place on center rack of oven. Bake for a total of 55 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, stir, and let cool completely before enjoying.
