Directions

Wash your hands before handling the pad. Unwrap the pad and remove the paper strip to expose the adhesive. Place the pad sticky side down onto the center of your underwear. If the pad has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear to help keep it in place. Adjust for comfort so the pad fits smoothly and covers where you need protection. Change the pad every 3—4 hours (or sooner if needed) to stay fresh and protected. Dispose of the used pad by wrapping it in the wrapper or toilet paper and placing it in the trash. Do not flush. Wash your hands again after changing.
