Frontier Co-op® Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder has a heavy-bodied fresh, vegetal flavor. To make matcha tea, sift 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into bowl. Add 2 ounces of nearly boiling water while whisking in a W-shape pattern until a fine froth appears. Our organic bulk matcha green tea powder is kosher certified and non-irradiated.
