How to Use

Directions

Shake bottle. To use as a brushing rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds. Tilt your head back and brush. To use as a pre-rinse and for best results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out and follow with steps 2 and 3 of the pristine protocol: brush with BR organic toothpaste and sprinkle BR tooth polish on paste as you need it for added sparkle.
