Maryland Style Crab Salad with Chesapeake Bay Seasoning
When you think about the Chesapeake Bay, crab should be what comes to mind. This Maryland-style crab salad comes together quickly and is expertly seasoned with our Chesapeake Bay Seasoning — the perfect spice to compliment all catch that comes from the bay.

Makes 1½ pounds Crab Salad

Ingredients
1 pound crab meat, shredded with a fork (or 1 pound canned backfin crab meat)
1/2 cup minced celery
3 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Chesapeake Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine crab, celery, onion, seasoning and mayonnaise.
2. Mix until all ingredients are coated and dispersed.
3. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

NOTES
1. This makes a great filling for a Maryland-style crab roll. Just place in a lightly buttered and toasted roll or bun.
