Our Frontier Co-op® Citrus Matcha Green Tea Blend offers a bright tangy flavor with lemon peel and lemongrass notes. This flavorful Matcha blend is derived from premium Japanese green tea leaves that have been ground into a fine powder.

Matcha powder comes from the same plant as green tea — the difference is in the growing, harvesting and preparation. Rich, full-bodied matcha is shade-grown, plucked, dried, and ground into a powder for a flavor that is bolder than green tea, which is made from dried leaves.

Product color and size may vary by lot due to varying growing conditions.

How to Use

Directions

Whisk 1 tablespoon matcha into 8 ounces steaming water (175° F). Whisk briskly until froth appears.
To prepare as a latte, use hot milk or milk alternative instead of water.
For maximum freshness, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to six months after opening.
