Frontier Co-op® Dried Lion's Mane Mushroom Slices are hearty and robust, pairing a mildly sweet and earthy flavor to serve as a perfect substitute for meat.
Briefly rinse dried mushrooms in very cold water. Soak in a volume of warm water that is equal to twice the volume of mushrooms. Soak for 11/2 hours.
Mushrooms should be plump, soft and tender. If dry or tough, continue soaking to desired texture. Drain and press out excess water. Use mushrooms as
desired. Remaining water can be used as a base for sauces, soups or stocks.

Feature as the centerpiece of a sandwich, mix to create a stir fry or pasta or serve as a side dish.
