Elderberries, the fruit of the Sambucus tree, have been used for generations to support the immune system. MaryRuth's Liquid Elderberry products can be taken as a tincture, added to your favorite fruit smoothie, or juice.

Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Citric Acid, Natural Raspberry and Natural Blueberry Flavors.

How to Use

Directions

Shake well before use. Once daily, add to water or take directly. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Follow dosage chart below:
1-3 Years Up to 7 drops (0.2 mL)
4-13 Years Up to 15 drops (0.5 mL)
14+ Years Up to 30 drops (1 mL)
