Formulated to support your brain, cognitive, and immune health, MaryRuth's Mushroom Complex blend is made with six unique mushrooms!

Agaricus Blazei (Agaricus blazei) mushroom has been traditionally used to alleviate physical and emotional stress as well as promote a normal immune response, and it also supports the immune system, making it a great mushroom for immune health. Maitake (Grifola frondosa) mushroom, Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) mushroom, and Turkey Tails (Trametes versicolor) mushroom, also included in this blend, may be beneficial for immune support as well. Like the previous mushrooms mentioned in this blend, the Reishi mushroom also has immune supportive activities. Last in this blend and long used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mushroom is known for its nerve and brain health properties, and it is a nootropic botanical as well! This mushroom has been found to support cognitive function, and its nervine properties may be a neuro-supporter.

How to Use

Directions

Shake gently before use. Adults, take up to 30 drops (1 mL) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
