How to Use

Directions

Shake gently before use. Take directly by mouth or with liquid, avoiding hot liquids to preserve efficacy. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. Do not exceed the recommended dose. May be taken any time of day, on an empty or full stomach. Use the following chart to assess dosage.
First time use: Take half the recommended dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase dose as you see fit.
