The Saalt Cup is a reusable silicone menstrual cup worn internally like a tampon that collects, rather than absorbs, your flow. It may be worn up to 12 hours and with proper care your Saalt Cup will last up to 10 years. How to Use

Directions

Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup or wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

Saalt began with their CEO and co-founder, Cherie who as a woman and mom to 5 daughters, understands feminine care better than most. She had learned that countries like Venezuela don’t sell disposable pads and tampons resulting in young girls missing school and women missing out on economic progress every day. Three months later, she started sourcing long-lasting reusable products for her friends. To ensure these products met her standards, she started custom designing the products that she would use herself and share with friends.
