This marinade features an excellently balanced fusion of organic black peppercorns, garlic and red chili pepper with herbal notes of coriander, dill and paprika.
The beauty in marinating meat is that your fridge does all of the work: let the oil and vinegar in the mix break down the outer layer so the meat can soak up all of the flavors from the seasoning blend. Get restaurant-worthy meals on the table in no time.
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk marinade mix packet ingredients with ¼ cup water, ¼ cup vegetable or olive oil and 2 Tbsp. white vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 Tbsp. marinade for basting.
- Place 1½ pounds steak or vegetarian protein substitute in a large resealable bag or glass dish and add remaining marinade.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or longer for more flavor. Remove meat and discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
Suggested Uses
