It's made with Egyptian chamomile petals and Chinese osmanthus flowers to add a fragrant, toasty, creamy and slightly sweet bloom of flavor. Bai Mu Dan, or White Peony tea, originates in China and offers a lovely introduction to the sweet and subtle taste of white tea. This tea is reminiscent of an uncommonly soft and fragrant bouquet with the characteristics of a well-made Pinot Blanc.
