"500 Mile" is a term used by street vendors (Chaiwallas) in India. It refers to a rich, spicy and uplifting Chai that can provide the boost necessary to drive another "500 miles." In their authentic 500 Mile Chai blend, they combine quality black teas from the regions of Darjeeling and Assam with fresh, small farm grown spices.

Directions
Use filtered water at 210°F (99° C) and steep for 3-5 minutes. Add warm milk (or non-dairy substitute) and sweeten to taste.
