Apple Pie Spiced Muesli Chia Porridge with Caramelized Vanilla Balsamic Apples

What we love about overnight porridge is it is so versatile. Use all chia, use all oats or muesli, or a combo of all. Make individual servings or make a big bowl and dish it out in the morning. It is fabulous cold or warm it up in the microwave. Top it with some caramelized vanilla balsamic spiced apples and prepare to be transported to fall no matter what season you are in.   1. In a bowl combine the chia seed, muesli, powder sugar, salt andapple pie spice
  2. Pour the oat milk into a mason jar or a smaller container that holds about 1.5 cups so you have room for expansion and toppings
  3. Pour the chia muesli mixture into the oat milk and stir to combine. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and then stir again before covering and refrigerating overnight.
  4. You can eat this mixture cold or warm it up. Top with the caramelized vanilla balsamic spiced apples either cold or warm.
