Mild, colorful watermelon radishes enliven this simple, sweet-tangy slaw, combined with Napa cabbage and green onions, and seasoned with celery salt and garlic powder. If you were hoping for the fruit of the same name, you can slice some up and serve it alongside!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Garlic Powder
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 medium-sized watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine celery salt, garlic powder, mayonnaise, vinegar and honey.
- Add cabbage, watermelon radishes and green onion. Toss until well combined, then chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
