Jambon Beurre aka French Ham Sandwich
Total Time: 00h 05m
Makes: 4 servings
Jambon Beurre is the simplistic French ham and butter sandwich. Make it and eat it now or wrap it up and eat it later. Great for on the go or to picnic with. I took this rustic sandwich to the next level by adding an herbed compounded French butter that takes seconds to make. Shaved Gruyere cheese is optional. Make ahead five so you have a drool worthy sandwich at lunch everyone will want to steal from the office fridge. (Thank you to our friend Stacey Swanson for creating this wonderful recipe.)
