Stuck inside on a summer day? Break the slump with this decadent iced coffee hack: make an all-natural creamer in ice cube form. No more watering down your coffee — because we need it as strong as we can get! (Thank you to our friend Katie Shatzer for creating this wonderful recipe.)

  1. Brew a 6-cup pot of regular coffee to your desired strength. Once cool, pour into mason jars and refrigerate.
  2. In a glass measuring cup, pour 1 cup unsweetened oat milk. Add coconut syrup, vanilla bean paste and cardamom. Whisk well.
  3. Pour into ice cube mold and freeze 4-6 hours. (Note the size of your mold so you know how much oat milk mixture is in each ice cube.)
  4. Pour iced coffee into glass and add oat milk ice cubes to taste; as the ice cubes melt, they will add a sweet creaminess to your coffee.
