Ingredients
- 6-8 Tbsp Ground coffee
- 6 cups filtered water
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened oat milk
- 1 Tbsp coconut syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
Directions
- Brew a 6-cup pot of regular coffee to your desired strength. Once cool, pour into mason jars and refrigerate.
- In a glass measuring cup, pour 1 cup unsweetened oat milk. Add coconut syrup, vanilla bean paste and cardamom. Whisk well.
- Pour into ice cube mold and freeze 4-6 hours. (Note the size of your mold so you know how much oat milk mixture is in each ice cube.)
- Pour iced coffee into glass and add oat milk ice cubes to taste; as the ice cubes melt, they will add a sweet creaminess to your coffee.
