This Thai-inspired iced coffee is perfect on a hot summer day or pairs well with a Banh Mi sandwich. Using sweetened coconut condensed milk makes it dairy free/vegan. If you haven’t tried sweetened coconut condensed milk yet you are truly missing out, as it offers a deeper richer flavor than traditional. You can double or triple the recipe of the spiced coconut milk and keep it in the fridge to add to your favorite iced/hot coffee or tea for the week. (Thank you to our friend Stacey Swanson for creating this wonderful recipe.)
