This Thai-inspired iced coffee is perfect on a hot summer day or pairs well with a Banh Mi sandwich. Using sweetened coconut condensed milk makes it dairy free/vegan. If you haven’t tried sweetened coconut condensed milk yet you are truly missing out, as it offers a deeper richer flavor than traditional. You can double or triple the recipe of the spiced coconut milk and keep it in the fridge to add to your favorite iced/hot coffee or tea for the week. (Thank you to our friend Stacey Swanson for creating this wonderful recipe.)

  • 4 cups of your favorite cold brew

1 7.4 ounce can of sweetened coconut condensed milk

1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Frontier Co-op five spice powder

1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Frontier Co-op cardamom

1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Frontier Co-op turmeric twist sweet blend

1/2 teaspoon of Frontier Co-op vanilla extract

    1. Place the sweetened coconut condensed milk in a saucepan and whisk in the spices and vanilla.
    2. Heat until just warmed through, not simmering.
    3. Place 1 cup of cold brew in a glass of ice and divide the spiced sweetened milk between the glasses.
    4. Stir to combine and sip away.
