Corn on the Cob with Merquén Butter

Pep up your corn on the cob with a compound butter that is blended with our Merquén Infused Maple.  The syrup adds just a hint of spice, smoke and sweetness that perfectly complements the corn. (Thanks to our friends at Runamok Maple for letting us share this recipe.)


  • 5 Tbsp butter, softened

    1 Tbsp Runamok’s Merquén Infused Maple Syrup

    4 ears of fresh corn


    1. Blend the butter with the Merquén Infused Maple Syrup, using a fork to incorporate well.

    2. Set aside in a small ramekin or bowl.

    3. Shuck the corn and grill or steam it for just a few minutes. 

    4. Serve with the Merquén butter and extra salt.
