The French love their bread and butter. This easy peasy Provencal Compound Butter comes together in minutes. Slather this on a crusty baguette or some sourdough. Top your favorite fish or veggies or even dip radishes. It makes a great gift wrapped in some Beyond Gourmet parchment paper. Freezes easily.   1. Mix the room temperature butter with lemon zest, juice and all the seasonings. Adjust for taste.
  2. Roll into a cylinder with parchment paper and twist the ends off or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
