I don’t think there is anything more summer than biting into some sweet midwestern corn. What better recipe to represent the midwest than grilled corn on the cob with different variations of spiced and herby drawn butters to slather that corn. Frontier Co-op and Simply Organic offer a multitude of herbs, spices and spice blends. Simply melt the finest grass fed organic butter you can get your hands on and mix with your favorite herbs, spices or spice blends to taste, and use a pastry brush to coat your hot off the grill corn.
